DRINK TAP VAN
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
• A booking for the Drink Tap van will be considered confirmed upon your receipt of an email from Wallop Water confirming the event.
• For the avoidance of doubt, please note that submitting the online form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
2. EQUIPMENT PROVISION
• The Drink Tap van will be provided to you by Wallop Water free of charge as per the agreed terms.
• Qualified staff of Wallop Water will carry out delivery, setup, testing, pack-down, and collection, as specified in the booking details.
3. VENUE ACCESS
• The client must ensure clear and safe access to the venue for delivery and collection.
• The client must ensure the Drink Tap van is within 20 metres of a tap water outlet.
• For multi-day events, overnight security must be arranged and provided at the event venue to ensure the safety and security of all equipment.
4. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
• You accept full responsibility for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required due to the event attendees' improper use, negligence, or actions.
• Any costs incurred must be paid by you in full within 14 days of receiving an invoice for any such costs from Unitywater or Wallop Water.
5. CHANGES TO EVENT DETAILS
• Any changes to the event details, such as the venue location or Drink Tap van location must be communicated by email to Wallop Water at least 7 days prior to the event.
6. POSTPONEMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
• Postponements:
- In the event of postponement due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to Wallop Water is required by phone and email.
- Subject to availability, the event must be rescheduled within three (3) months of the original booking date.
- Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the booking.
• Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be submitted to Wallop Water in writing.
7. HEALTH AND SAFETY
• The Drink Tap van is to be used for its intended purpose of supplying water only.
• You are responsible for ensuring safe operation of the Drink Tap van during the event, including monitoring and preventing misuse by attendees.
9. TERMS OF USE
• The Drink Tap van remains the property of Wallop Water.
• The Drink Tap van must be returned in the condition in which it is provided to you. You acknowledge and accept any misuse or deviation from the agreed terms may result in additional charges payable by you.
• All event organisers must have Public Liability Insurance ($20 million).
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
• These Terms and Conditions apply unless explicitly overridden by a signed agreement between the parties.
• Unitywater reserves the right to amend the terms before the event with reasonable notice to the client.
